Welcome to CHR Red Jimmy, I hope that you enjoy it. I have been around light duty trucks alittle in my days but I am not sure of what is interchangable. I do know that there are ways to change front suspensions. You can do alot out of the wrecking yards, measure your springs for the size and width of the axle and go compare it to more modern trucks, say a Ford C600 or a Chevy C65. There is probly a way you could fit one to your truck with a little fabrication.
