Think streets, its a 94 chrysler. of course it has a lockup, otherwise thats one less part to service! Seriously though, ill have to agree with streets on this one. Sounds like a lockup stick. Flush the tranny, fill the fluids and that may free the convertor. otherwise, go looking for a feed wire, unless chrysler used the stupid modules crap.
