I agree with Mike, I believe you're blocking air flow with too many fans, and I'd lose the pusher, moving it to the back. One large diameter has more surface area than two smalls.
Mine is VERY congested, so it's hard to get a good picture but my "shroud" is an aluminum "box" that stands off of the radiator core about 1/2", closed top & bottom with a single 16" SPAL fan and programmable controller. Shortly after I got the car going I was idling around a car show and my temp was 240F or more when I realized I had failed to power the fan circuit. I hit the switch, and the temp started dropping as I watched it settle at 190 to 200 within a couple of minutes, barely moving around the road in the park. A puller fan, pulling through the entire core is best.
