Is that a "splint" you added at the neck joint for glue up? Or a hanger for paint maybe? Those 2 large cut outs really takes away the lateral body support, It must flex quite a bit while being played.
Maybe get some "tonal changes" when you flex your left wrist? As in "bend" the note pushing / pulling on the neck.. ??..??
