i think it's time to invest some doe into an air compressor. i know a little but not much about air compressors. i'll be using some impacts, ratchets, cut off wheels and die grinders sometimes, and maybe a paint gun once in a blue moon. i don't need anything top of the line just something to work on my own car and friends cars, i'm 20 years old, living at home while going to school. once i'm done with school and leave i'll be leaving it to my dad. he doesn't do much work that would need air tools just minor tinkering. once i get my own place with a nice garage i'll invest in a really good compressor. so what's out there that you recommend for a college kid like me looking to spend around $350 (preferably less of course). Don't get me wrong, i don't want something thats only gonna last a couple of months, i am willing to spend a little more for quality but i don't need anything elaborate, just a basic compressor to run basic tools.
