3200 sq ft, all insulated. 1200 sq ft has 16 ft ceilings, rest is 8 ft. 6 ton unit cools it real well. Keep it @ 78 degrees 24/7. Unit installed for $3000 last year. Wouldn't work with out it. It's cheaper to cool 24/7 than shut down @ night and have to re cool in the am.When I get to where I was goin, I forgot why I went there>
