Advertising for business
These guys are going on the old sign post out front.
My friend tells me everyone on Harris Co needs something welded, and I intend to find out.
Welding done here.

Paint them lime green and bright orange, the louder the color, the easier to catch the eye of those driving by with. It also becomes a "known oddity", one which will garner word of mouth "hey did you see that xxxx" drive bys, and the more people that see it, the more free advertising you will get.

Oh, and I'm going to paint them bright yellow with blue coveralls. They're minions. (Despicable Me).

You should give it a shot. I used to think I wouldn't have a clue what to make but I just started with junk and turned it into trophies for my car show. Then a table and then clocks, who knows what is next. Originally Posted by HOSS429

Those look very nice! The only bad thing about advertising like that is who knows when or who will be knocking on your door. But that is just something you have to deal with when doing side work any how.

When I was in business I used to ask people that called how they heard about me. Phone book was a BIG waste of money. My best was place mats in restaurants I live in an area with several small town and many restaurants, and people like to eat. Cheap and covers a large areaCharlie
