    I've got to say that in my mind that is an extremely dangerous practice. I'd rather see you make a slider that spans between the two tracks you drive on to, and use a bottle jack on that with regular jack stands on the ends, or from the slider. Or the type that 35Window and Ryan posted, with the threaded lift.
