I would take a length of bailing wire or the like and run from one outlet to the other putting in the desired bend. Then I would go to my local auto parts store and search their inventory to find the closest match. You will need the outside diameter of each outlet and you might end up with a flex hose if you can't find the desired angle of the bend.Ken Thomas
