High new to club. I have a problem with cold start I have a 428fe motor bored .30over it has a edelbrock 700 cfm with a electric choke. the problem is it runs really rough it seems to load up I smell gas not a lot. but as soon as it warms a little it smooth's out. Is this a problem with my choke setting

    Welcome to CHR.

Yes, it sounds like you need to adjust your choke. If you don't have the Owner's Manual here's a link to what I believe covers your carb. Look on pages 15 & 16 for adjustment procedures - http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/...404_manual.pdf
