You're seriously thinking that you'll be outside working on the car at 15 to 23F (-10 to -5C) ambients? Things on the car that are normally flexible break at those temps, besides your body getting chilly. Of course you have the same thing in a non-heated storage unit or garage, minus the elements.Roger
