I don't see my wire in that diagram. Also where it shows wires to the distributor, it really should show them as the pick up coil.
But it does explain why that little wire FRIED when I put it to ground.
Just glad I did it on the test bench. Like I said, little wire was definitely NOT a ground..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
