Borgeson says their joints will take up to 35* angles. Sweet's may take a little more, since they are more open than the Borgeson. Sweet's are also smaller in diameter than the Borgeson. The Borgeson's yokes are machined from solid and the Sweet's are forged. I've used both brands with no issues.

As Pepi said, you can run as many joints as you need as long as they are supported by bearings and phased correctly. There are also double joints that allow even more angle.
