You should buy the large size, with two claws. Can't say which brand is the best, but I chose the AutoLoc to avoid having to figure out a way to mount a solenoid to the door and make up a rod or cable to connect it to the latch.

I have a small pin to pull that will open the door from the inside, but no mechanical operation from the outside. It's wise to have external battery jump posts somewhere on the car, in case of a dead battery. I also have a way to electrically open the latches externally, in case I leave the keys and remote in the car and close the door.

Ive installed these on a bunch of vehicles. I use them for everything as they are ultra strong. Just remember not to encroach on your window tracks or lock mechanisms... Don't ask!
