I have a CNC, but at only 3.375''x1.5'' it is too small for any cutter I would have. My CNC has a 4hp spindle on a 4'x8' table. The smallest bit I will use is a .125'' tappered bullnose. At that size, the tool paths would overlap & the lettering would be a mess. I have an engraver that would do detail that small, but I'm limited to engraving plastic with that machine. (You didn't say what substrate you wanted this cut into). To get tack sharp results on a tag that small you should be asking for a lazer engraver.Last edited by pro70z28; 08-23-2014 at 05:22 AM.
