The 1st thing is to make sure you have all the ECU(computer) stuff that goes with the 92 Vette. Next thing is to have either a frame mounted electric pump or in tank pump capable of the needed fuel pressure for the EFI. Also a return line for the EFI back to the tank.
To make this work is not rocket science but it will take some good pre-planning to make sure you have everything in place.
