Oops forgot to answer a question. The shop did a compression check on one of my heads and said it had no compression. The person didnt really tell me how or why accept that my valve guides where bad..I'm pretty sure valve guides are NOT a 350+ dollar job. And I'm sure that it wouldn't just be an issue on just one head.
