No recommendations for a clutch other than to say you're unlikely to find one that'll hold up for long with a 2.76 axle and a muncie regardless of whether its a close or wide ratio trans. When GM was using Muncies, the lowest rear gear ratio you could get as a stock option would give an overall first gear ratio (trans 1st gear ratio X rear axle ratio) of about 8 to 1. A 2.20 muncie is going to give you about 6 to 1 and a 2.52 trans is going to give you about 7 to 1. At 6 to 1 it'll buck like a mule and at 7 to 1 you're still not going to like driving it around town.
Muncies in good shape bring good money. You might want to think about selling the muncie and going with a T5 or other 5 speed with a first gear in the 3.0+ range and an overdrive 5th gear. The car will be a lot more driveable and your clutch, whatever you use, will last lots longer.
