The center console seat was a higher optioned model. Silverado, and mostly GMC's but they are out there. Good luck finding a good seat in that era. Most are worn or busted

WTF... That's World Trade Federation, right?? Most of the big wrecking yards are computerized and cross referenced these days, many spanning several states or provinces. The up side is that you can find about any part you're looking for with a couple of phone calls or an internet search, but the down side is that their warehouse approach pushes prices up from the old days. Try someone like Alberta Auto Wreckers - Alberta Auto Wreckers | Auto Recycling | Redcliff | Home, or since you're in Red Deer you might prefer something in Edmonton, like Central - Central Auto & Truck Parts Here's a list using Alberta Auto Salvage as a search criteria - auto parts recyclers online - Alberta Canada You might luck out and find one in the Pick N' Pull, but around here you have to go look - they won't talk to you on the phone about what they have, or what's left on anything they might have. Good luck, and hope you find it quick - gets cold in Red Deer....

seems like every time I was looking for seats at junk yards in the last 20 years or so, every time I saw a vehicle with a decent looking seat back as I walked up to it-----someone had removed the battery and set it in the passenger seat------

Or the windows were down/broken out and it'd been wet for five years or more..... That may be a good side of the warehouse parts business - they might have pulled them out as soon as the vehicle hit the yard.

I got a decent drivers seat for my '95 K1500. The yard I got it from, does have a policy to leave the windows open so it had been open to the weather for a bit ( tag showed it had been there for a week ) but with a good steam cleaning and other commercial cleaners I brought it back. Also got SR5 seats for my moms Toyota pickup there a few years ago. They cleaned up just the same

You pretty much have to be at the right place at the right time these days. We have certain ethnic groups that live at the u pull its and they love this era chevy truck and scavenge all the good parts for them. Good luck with you search!
