Wouldn't want the word tire on there either. Drag Slick maybe if it were small.
Aesthetics are important to a car guy - it's why you have flames.
And thanks for giving this place a HAMB flavor.

TIRE on sidewall ... was kidding that was sarcasm sorry it went over your head. I was agreeing with your comment/feelings on the Street on the sidewall, seems you are the HAMB flavor of the moment.
Actually performance and purpose are important to me if asking, flames are HotRod.
An exclamation or emoticon will help bring it down to my level!!!:3dSMILE::D
My front runner of choice on a big-n-little tired car has always been a Michelin tire!!!! No problems with load or speed ratings, good traction, last forever!!!! May not be quite as in vogue as a Hoosier or Goodyear DOT drag radial on the front, but I don't have to worry about the super thin sidewalls and lousy wet weather traction, either!!!! Drag tires on the drag strip, Street tires on the Street!!! Works for me...
Now I have the M&H tires in my possession here's a little feedback:
The M&H front runners would not work for someone that would do a normal amount of driving.
There's only about 1/32 of an inch of tread before the wear bar is reached.
My Goodyear front runners didn't have a wear bar (and no DOT stamp).
The Mickey Thompson front runner would be the better street tire. Especially the 8 ply version.
The M&H are going to suit my purposes perfectly, but for most they wouldn't work.
