I'd do the box deal around the filler tube. Being no big fan of diamond plate think I'd do it with sheetmetal then blend it in to the box and paint it the same color as the box.... But then I don't like chrome or polished "stuff" all over a bed box or exterior, either.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

[ Pic of bed now, has been sinse `93...daliley driver, just got tired of the wood, looks better sense the shine went away, light scrub with soap cleans up nice. Just thought the diamond box in the corner would look better, I can do it with 18 gauge and paint I guess, just haven`t committed to anthing yet.
