My only concern would be rust issues around the high moisture content you are pumping into the cab. Moisture leads to rust, and electrical problems, might be smarter just to install aftermarket a/c?

it is so freaking dry around here.
we dont have to close bags of potato chips.
    they wont go stale.
    dusty yes
    stale no.
    to make dried chili peppers.
i toss them loose on top of the fridge.
    rust is not an issue
a hot rod is whatever i decide it is.

since there is no rear window glass yet.
i am thinking of putting two 3" holes for cool air tubes in a piece of plexiglass
one on driver and one on passenger side.
cool air would be blowing on my neck.
or i could find a wide, narrow vent from something at the junkyard and use that.
a hot rod is whatever i decide it is.
