Found another pic of how we located it in the '32 3w. This one had the plastic handle and not the adjustment feature, so it was painted.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
