Creases are not PDR (paintless dent removal) friendly. You can either weld studs to it and pull it out along the crease then use a very thin skim coat of filler, or you can attempt to get behind it and hammer and dolly it smooth again. The bed is no problem, the door is the same, the problem will be the corner of your cab, which has limited access from behind.
