No, I understand what you are saying, Jerry, it is just that you and I have done this sort of thing a few times. If someone hasn't had that experience and doesn't have a bit of equipment at his disposal, it might be a lot smarter to do the easy one first.
Not saying the OP doesn't have that experience, I just don't know. But since he was looking for a "conversion" kit to do it, I just felt he might not know what all he will run into doing a swap of this difficulty. We've all seen projects where the guy got in over his head and gave up. Taking baby steps sometimes is the best way to go until you learn.
