Here is a bit more information that might help. This is the battery box fuse/relay center that is under the hood (front over the radiator). This will show you the trailer relays in question...

I'm using the 4 pin connector so the referance (95-3) wont help me.
I went to my Ford dealer today for free help. Fuse # F6 a 20A (Turn singles, Stop lamps)($4.65) was OK in the passenger kick pannel. Under the hood #31 a 20A (Trailer tow park lamp relay) was OK. Next step was to check the Relays but mechanic was called off to do a paying job but gave me a copy of 95-1 (Trailer/Camper Adapter). Looks like (Trailer Tow Relay, Left Turn and Trailer Tow Relay, Right Turn) which I found from the stuff sent will need to be tested.
Question... How are they tested?
