    make sure the oil return holes at the ends of the heads are`nt stopped up .. cover could be filling with oil ..and i actually use those chevy type expanders to spread the torque load along the cover lip .. i dont know what they`re called
    iv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?

    i know what you mean with the expanders. and the oil holes are clean. i pulled valve covers againa nd both are warped up in numerous spots. also pulling the manifold just cause. a new set of gaskets cant hurt anything i figure.
