Yep Kurt, Florida weather is reallly strange. Some days it looks like it is going to pour any minute and nothing happens at all. Other days it is totally clear and suddenly it starts to come down in buckets.
I've found the best way to insure it will rain is to drag out all our painting equipment and start spraying some car parts.....works every time. 
It is also strange that it will be pouring on one side of the street and the other side never gets a drop.
