Well I took that one back and got another Remaned Master Cylinder.
This one mounted up fine with plenty of thread still exposed on the brake lines.
And the best part is they don't leak after being tightened dowm like the first one did!!!
Now I just have to get the wife to pump the brakes for me so I can bleed the brakes.
Fun, fun!!!

That's about when I started using the one-man catch bottle approach to bleeding 
Glad the new cylinder was machined right. Sad thing is it'll probably just go back on the shelf somewhere....

Had that happen with "help" before to. Now I pump the brakes,hold pressure on the pedal and use a stick jammed between the seat and pedal to bleed them when I'm alone.
