Looks like it's 33/34 mm away from lining up. Here's the thing, I have a policy that says don't buy anything until you figure out how you're gonna sell it. I also have a policy that says don't modify anything until you figure out how you're gonna sell it. These policies are in place due to taking a beating on stuff through many decades. Before I cleaned out a few years ago, I had shelves full of multi-hundred dollar items that were custom and would only work on a certain application (and of course, I was the only one on the planet with that particular application).

What I'm saying is.....try to make this work without altering the blower in any way. I might be thinking about making an adapter that is built like the leaning tower of Pisa. This would move the blower to the front and all you'd have in custom pieces would be the adapter. I don't know how crafty you are, but I could see making one using gaskets for templates for less than 50 dollars (assuming you weld it up yourself or have a mate weld it).
