swirl marks
I am getting a used car from the dealership (20,000 miles) It had a few lite scratches on it and they said they would take care of it. I go back a few days later and the scratches are taken care of but the whole side of the car has swirl marks.Talking to the sells man I told him I was not going to except it and he says they will try again but they will not come out. I am going back tomorrow to check it out again.
Why is it not possible to take swirl marks out? I was under the impression if you knew what you were doing there are no swirl marks.
