Ditto what Tech said Mike. I would have answered sooner but do you have any idea how long it takes to go from 0128 all the way to 0255? Now I have spots in front of my eyes wonder what combination of keys you use to get rid of those?

One more question Mike (ý) Thats some were around 0254 or so I think remember those spots? How or why do you know this? I mean I'm glad you do know it but i'm just wondering. WHY?

Protected people will never know or understand the intensity life can be lived at. To do that you must complettly and totally understand the meaning of the word "DUCK"

Just for s's & g's, how about a little "shade tree logic"? The key word(s) is water temp. Now, I ain't an egineeer like some of y'all, but it seems to me that the best indicator of overall, average engine temp would be to take the water temp at the spot in the engine where it is the average hottest, just ahead of the thermostat where the returning water all comes together before heading to the radiator; between two exhaust valves in the head, even though it is in water, will give you the temp at that point only. I know, y'all prolly already had that figured without sayin' it, but I just thought I'd poke it out there anyhow. I'll duck and cover now and put on my thick skin so's you can throw things at me and call me names.

And, Mike, thanks for the lead on the symbols; that's gonna keep me busy for a spell.

Roland, someone in the past showed it to me the same as I passed it on to you, I simply taught you something that you didn't know, like the º instead of using 'degrees'. The question shouldn't be WHY?, it should be WHY NOT? Do you remember sitting in a class at school thinking, "I'll never use this later", well ALT 0254 might have been the same................until last night!

Have fun but don't burn the retinas

    Mike
