I have a 84 c-10 that I would like to put a kill switch in but am a little confused on the wiring. If I splice the switch into the batt. hot wire on the dist. would the switch have to be on constant ON for the engine to run. If running will it die if I flip the switch? Any ideas on a better way to wire it up? I found this but think its kind of a lot of trouble when a regular switch will do the same. Its a magnetic trigger switch.
