They are from the late 80s to the 90s. we called them directionals.We have a set of them at a buddys shop, but i dont remember what brand name they were.They were made by the company that made the outlaw and outlaw II wheels.I want to say american racing but im not positive.I have some old hot rods magazines, ill dig them out and see what brand they were if i can find the magazines.
