I know someone that used to werk at Walden's, and he says they are 2 pieces wheeled, welded, then hammered (darn, now I have to buy another tool), then re wheeled.

I'm not sure I can count on much more help than that from him however, so I'm approaching learning as if I'm on my own.

agreed bead rollers are not always ones friend either

whats funny about our bead roller is my kids scrap more good material on that sucker that I'd care to admit since they were 8 or 9, never have gotten hurt. Man kids are super smart, and follow directions so well... adults however not so much all the time
