34 ford car frame same as truck frame?

Have a question I have a 34 fordor body and frame. Do to financial problems thinking of selling body and some parts. Keeping frame as I know where a 34 truck body is can pick up at decent price. Will the truck body fit my frame the frame I'm keeping is an original frame boxed with 9 inch rearend mustang 2frontend. Just trying to keep my dream alive at least part of it. Dose any parts off this car body interchange on the truck. Like the grill will it fit the truck. Have great day mark.

Wescott up in oregon or washington's catoloque has diagrams of frames--I think(if i remember right ) that the frames are pretty much the same on 33=34 ford cars/pickups, but the body stuff is all different---grilles are more like 32's---Repeat---I THINK if I REMEMBER correctly

There are so many companies building frames----you would probably have a better chance of selling your frame and body together for more money and later buying a new frame

Jerry think your right about body and frame being worth more money sold together.

Pat I have a title on this car if I use different body like truck body how will that affect title.

Problem is car is worth more parting out than selling whole like the dash and window trim. Thought maybe sell a few parts and make something out of whats left. Thats why I thought of truck I could be all wet just looking for ideas.
Thank you to all that posted I know some of you have had to make this type of decision before I apreciate all suggestons. Just trying to weigh all my options.

i can not help you on the numbers on the frame and pickup body numbers and making it work to keep the law happy less you go builder title been thru this stuff and this not to bad i pick up a car out of state and they sold the car with the wrong title as they had two cars on the lot for sale. i did not find out till it was home . that part was not much fun... in the end i had two titles for one car sent to mich state and had a new mich builder title back then 1979. i think it was not much of a deal as it could be now??

One little thing for you to think about----the 34 cab doesn't have much room in it as your car body does===if your 4'6" tall you might fit---you can't recline seats for more room and the idea of a top chop is out to lunch

Jerry ok the trucks out I'm 6' 1' didn't think about that LOL. Thats what I like about this forumn. Good honest ideas somtimes just need to get other thoughts. I do like leg room in car but was going to have to move seat back a little so my legs don't hit dash. If had wife drive Iwould have to sit in rear seat . O boy alot to think about not giving up yet always made it some how.
again thanks for all coments much appreciated.
