Sorry don't mean to be picky

Don't mean to be picky but I think you mean Holden not (Holton)

I'd call that 914 a hotrod! Yeah it's a highly modified foreign sports car, but if it was a Fiero with a 454 you'd be more inclined to use hot rod, or a mustang with a 460, but I'm with Dave I hate making a tight definition here. Just look at all the builds that cross the board on this site. IMHO.
I think the Austrailian's might think a Holton modified with a big block constitutes Hot Rod, just as much as a zooped up 57 chevy!
And yes I call my 1977 Holden Torana,1970 Holden Monaro and the wife's 1964 EH Holden Hot rods. Some clown at work told me the other day that there not Hot rods. I told him thats his opinion . And he's welcome to keep it to himself.

Sorry about the typo. You got the gist of what I meant! Spelling isn't my greatest strength!

My Dad told me a loooong time ago that opinions are like ass-holes, everyone has one but it's usually a good idea to keep yours to yourself. So I agree with you 100%. The Holden as well as the 914 are "hot rods". Just my nickels worth. (And my Dads). RIP
Tomorrow is promised to no one.

Sorry, you're disqualified. Your windshield washer pump is unhooked. Seriously, that a great looking rat motor.
