    Can't help you with that specific panel, but here's a link to an outfit that makes something similar; http://www.dcstreetrods.com/products.html

    If you don't care for their gauges look lower on the page, they sell the bezel separately. With some fab and sheet stock you can make the brushed facia, drill for your choice of gauges. If you go to the Classic Instruments site they make some interesting gauge faces that have a similar vibe to those you pictured; http://www.classicinstruments.com/allseries.aspx The ones in your picture look like their All American Tradition series.
