08-15-2009 06:42 PM #1Where to buy Accelerator Pump Spring?

I am doing a carb rebuild and, like a knuckle head, lost the accelerator pump return spring (the cone shaped one) on my Holley 1908/1904 carb.. Does anybody sell these springs individually? I dont need any more "kits" or "donor carbs"....just the spring.

I lost the other spring acc pump too (the straight one) but found a substitute at the hardware store.

 Thanks,
 -Kevin

I would go to Holley.com and do the "contact us" deal.... I haven seen more than jets, gaskets and Accel pump sold separate myself.

Pat, I received the accelerator pump spring in the mail yesterday and just wanted to say thanks for helping me out. The spring was not the same shape (mine was conical, yours was barrel shaped) but it still fit perfectly.

It may be a small, insignificant item, but your act of kindness was huge and not soon forgotten. I will post back when I get this old ford running and let you know how the carb rebuild went.

 Best Regards,
 -Kevin
