    body experts out there?

id like to start this question off first by thanking you guys for all the help. id be in a mess of sh*t if I didn't have you guys.

Now, secondly im an idiot for failing to remember the rear wheel wells stick out farther than the front ones.

In the process of forgetting, i knocked off about a foot long piece of chrome after i rubbed a fence.

im looking for a permanent solution to this that would look legit, clean and nice.

    ALL INPUT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

In my opinion that is a major feature of those cars .....send the trim piece to be repaired and restored back to new again and re-install it.
Its gunna take longer than u thought and its gunna cost more too(plan ahead!)

The chrome piece itself is not damaged. the only piece that is, is the retainer clip as one of you had mentioned before.
