First, your steering is on the wrong side.

On a more serious note, hanging a suicide suspension on a stock style front crossmember with frame horns you run the risk of bottoming out the axle at the frame bottom, that's why most suicide style frames typically end behind the axle line. Looking at the one picture with the engine in from the direct front you're not very far below the frame, and you don't have all the weight on the front end yet (radiator, headlamps, coolant, a portion of the rest of what you'll mount on the rest of the car). I don't know what spring rate you've got, but I'd expect at least two inches of upward travel, perhaps more, especially on uneven surfaces where the axle will pivot at the spring centerline rather than straight up and down on both sides.
