Go with right hand threads. My 46 Chrysler has the left handed threads but like mentioned that theory was proven wrong for them to backout and loosen. Not sure who told him this info but they are way too far behind in times and need to realize that all the new cars now are running right hand threads for a reason. If there were problems with RH threads then we would all be running LH threads.
