question on disc brake conversion
I thought I had asked this once before and searched for a thread with no luck. I tend to ask questions on here and then not get around to doing the project for months and months :HMMM::rolleyes: anyway here goes...
I have the rear disc brakes from a '97 Camaro and I want to put them (with the parking brake assembly) on my '35. The '35 has a 10 bolt from a '68 Camaro. The backing plates from the '97 rear appear to bolt right on to the '68 rear, but I am unsure if everything from there would bolt up or not. Is there anything between the two 10 bolt rears that would prevent me from doing this? I thought I had heard of people having to use adaptor plates, but I'm not sure if I would need anything like that without disassembling everything first...
Anyone know?
