Italmeccanica Supercarger 1100

Hi,
does anybody know something about a Italmeccanica Supercarger with the no. 1100? It must be built for a small engine. It is currently offered at ebey

- The crossover pipes equalize the pressure downstream, letting each exhaust pulse use both mufflers. There's a HP & Torque gain, but mainly at the top where you'll very seldom see it on a cruiser....
