Actually, I often carry my Tarus Judge with 410 shotgun shells and colt .45 long, and I ALWAYS have my keltec .380

Problem is, you aren't always around to protect the car. Sometimes it's on its own. It got broke into in the work parking lot.. security guard, cameras and all. I watched it on video afterwards.. they were pretty slick.
