Steering Binding / New Body Mounts

I change body mounts to solid on my 73 Nova. The new ones dropped body 1/2''. Know got back together steering binding. Can move colum up to compensate for differance. Or is their another problem not aware of. Holding me up from getting sub frame connectors in. Anyone please.

Move the column... 1/2" drop in the body is going to need some correction in the column, for sure....
