Oh and Techies right, you did choose the wrong cam for any thing but full race along with the proper components. You might want to look at the new Comp Thumper cams.

You know, at this point, I'm gonna have to tell everyone that I'm probably spoiled. I've been with Sharon for nearly 40 years and all of that time, she has been right by my side on the myriad of projects that have come and gone at this house. For 40 years, she has parked her car on the driveway so that I could have the space in the garage to work on whatever it is that is currently in need of help. She has kept me plied with drink, cold drinks with ice in hot weather, hot coffee on cold nights and has fixed me a plate of food on a paper plate and a tray and brought it to me in the garage....THOUSANDS OF TIMES. She has stood there with a trouble light (and by the way, she knows how to hold it to keep the light on the work and out of my eyes) more times than I can count. She has made suggestions about the projects when I have been stumped and has run to the parts store for me when I'm up to my elbows in axle grease and don't want to clean up to go. She has spent I don't know how much time looking for parts for me in the Greensheet papers, local newspapers and on the web. She makes phone calls to check out cars, trucks and parts for me and find out if they are worth my time to persue. She is the nurse who cleans and bandages the wounds I receive while hobbying. She has a good sense of humor about all things. Sorry about all you other guys who are stuck with a frump.Last edited by techinspector1; 12-24-2008 at 10:54 AM.

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
