    Don't know about buying metal supports, I've always just made my own. Hard telling what they guy who did the chopping put in for supports. Could just make some new ones out of wood if that's what you want and put the correct shape to them..... Curious, is the car a coupe or a sedan....?????

    It is a tudor sedan . what type of wood should I use ? a hard wood like oak?? the only other problem is that he has glued them to the roof with some very very strong black glue I don't know how to remove them
