It got wet is the problem..... Just kidding ,sounds like a short in the ignition , possibly unrelated to the water.The main harness connector could be wet ???

I have issues everytime I use water under the hood ,not big ones ,just small issues.

It probably would not hurt to unplug all the connectors you can carefully and use dielectric grease {tune up grease} on all the connections.
Sounds like you are going to just have to start at the top and work your way down,get the tester out and start getting some voltage and resistance numbers.
