Im very new to rodding in general. I have a car that has been media blasted to bare metal then left to rust. I didn't let it rust! My father in law did ,but it wasnt his fault he passed away. I am now trying to attempt to finish the project for him. Can I wire wheel gently then spray a rust neutraliser on it? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
